Please take the time to participate in our Spiritual Gifts Assessment.  There are several ways you can do this.

Print Assessment

1.  If want to print off a survey that you can write on, click the link to the right titled "Print Assessment".  This will bring one up that you can print off.  Once you have completed the form, you can either submit it in the box that is placed at the Spiritual Gift Assessment Board in the fellowship hall, or you can click on the link to the right titled "Submit Survey Results" and you will just have to check off your highest scoring gifts, and then submit it.  The information will be emailed to the Committee directly.

Complete Full Assessment Online

 2.  If you want to complete and submit the survey on the website, just click on the link to the right titled "Complete Full Assessment Online".  Once you enter the information and click submit at the end, just your name and highest scoring gifts will be submitted to the Committee.

Submit Assessment Results

3.  If you just want to submit your highest rated gifts, click the link titled  "Submit Assessment Results" and you will just have to check off your highest scoring gifts, and then submit it.  The information will be emailed to the Committee directly.
