Audio/Visual Committee  This committee is a subcommittee of both the building and worship committee.  Responsibilities include maintaining and developing the audio/visual system of the church as well as the recording of services and the development of the website.

 Building Committee  Following are some of the tasks that fall under this committee: maintenance of the church building, grounds, and parsonage, coordinating the catering, cooking and dishwashing for events held in the fellowship hall.  They also oversee the janitorial services and renovations.  They make sure our insurance and fire policies are in place.

Catering Committee  The catering committee will provide catering service for functions held at Neerlandia CRC Fellowship Hall and through catering, raise funds for kitchen improvements and renovations.

 Education Committee  The continuing Biblical education of our members and youth are organized through catechism, pre-confession classes, and Bible studies.

 Finance Committee   This committee develops recommendations that will enable the financial resources of the Neerlandia CRC to be used effectively and efficiently in carrying out the church's ministry. The committee meets three or four times a year or as the need arises.  They review financial statements, help prepare the annual proposed budget and offering schedule, and review staff salaries.

 Gift Assessment Committee  This committee is a sub-committee of council that is following up on previous recommendations that our congregation perform a Spiritual Gift Assessment.  March 2009 marks the month of obtaining the initial assessments.

 Mission Committee  As a congregation we support missionaries in Nigeria and China.  We also support Victor and Eunea Ko under Home Missions in Edmonton.  The committee also organizes the Sunday evening services in the Keir Care Centre and Hillcrest Home.

 Refugee Committee  We provide support and lodging for refugee families looking to settle in Canada.  The committee along with the congregation assist them as they adjust to life here and the many challenges a new country presents.

 Safe Church Policy Committee  The purpose of the Safe Church Policy is to ensure that our church and its programs remain a haven of safety for all who attend.  Through education and awareness, we are mandated to enhance the safety of all who attend our church from any form of abuse and from false accusations of abuse, and prudently to guard the reputation of our congregation.

 Worship Committee The purpose of this committee is to enhance worship services and encourage congregational participation.  This committee plans special services and finds volunteers to participate in the weekly tasks of the church.

 Youth Committee  The Youth Committee assists in the ongoing programming and maintenance of our youth ministries.  Members represent the various youth ministries and work with the youth Director in planning activities, fundraising, creating policies, and overseeing the youth budget.
