 and the number should be on the TAPE to be put on the childs back. 

MOMS please remember your room number on the sign in sheet 

  as well as any helpful info such as bottle @ 11:00 or likes soother. 

 Please be at the nursery at 11:30 sharp to pick up your children. 

If it is your turn to be the Mom Helper Please be there to help with Check 

 in and out and STAY if necessary.    It makes it easier for the Volunteers

 and the children.
